Fatima Hussein
Senior Advocate – Family Court Representative
Fatima Hussein is an Emirati lawyer with over fifteen years of experience representing clients before UAE courts, public prosecutions, and regulatory authorities. Fatima served as an Associate in the White-Collar Crime & Investigations department at Al Tamimi & Company, and as Partner Designate and Litigation Specialist at Dr. Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultancy LLC (MHLF).
She is among the few female Emirati lawyers actively litigating in court and is highly regarded for her stamina and expertise in organizational finance frameworks.

February 3, 2025I am Truly Thankful to the entire team of My Family Lawyer (Othman Al Marzooqi Advocates) for getting me through such a complicated / challenging case and finally winning the case at Cassation under Hindu laws. This was one of the most complicated and challenging cases that UAE had ever seen, with the family laws of India being applied in the UAE. As this was a one-of-a-kind / rare case that UAE had ever seen, Mr. Muhammad Nahhas understood the Hindu laws and provided detailed explanations to the Authorities to comprehend the matter. Mr. Nahhas thinks completely out of the box, and with his knowledge and ideas, I was able to arrange strong supporting documents from India that helped the UAE authorities understand Hindu Laws, and finally, I was able to get Justice. This was a very difficult complicated case, with very little hope of getting through such a case, as it required in-depth understanding of the Hindu laws, with a detailed explanation of the Hindu law being provided.
